...Flash Freeze A Concern this Evening...

Wind chill warning and winter weather advisory go into effect across West TN this afternoon and evening. Another concern we have is flash freeze. A flash freeze is a rapid drop in temperatures to below freezing, which can cause wet roads to freeze very quickly. 

Here is how we think temperatures will fall:
