The National Weather Service in Memphis has expanded the * Flash Flood Watch to include all counties in west Tennessee, including the following areas, in West Tennessee, Benton TN, Carroll, Dyer, Gibson, Henry, Obion and Weakley. * Until Midnight CDT tonight. * Periods of heavy rainfall associated with training thunderstorms could cause flash flooding across portions of the Mid South. Rainfall rates of up to 2 inches or greater per hour should be expected in the watch area. In West Tennessee, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Fayette, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Henderson, Lauderdale, Madison, McNairy, Shelby and Tipton. * Through Monday evening. * Periods of heavy rainfall associated with training thunderstorms could cause flash flooding across portions of the Mid South.
