.Rain bands extending from Tropical Depression Laura will likely
cause flash flooding over portions of east Arkansas, the Missouri
Bootheel, west Tennessee and portions of north Mississippi today.
Rainfall of 2 to 3 inches, with localized amounts to 4 inches will
be possible, in addition to the rain that fell since Thursday. 

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH 1 AM SATURDAY...

* Additional rainfall of 2 to 3 inches, with localized amounts to 4
  inches.

* Low-lying areas may flood.
